Service Description
A gentle Nadolig Flow, followed by a warming Festive treat and an opportunity make your own Christmas Wreath ready for December. All in our beautiful Carmarthenshire Studio. The Yoga will be hosted by our TYC Teacher Soph and the Wreath Making hosted and supplied by Alice from Sorrel and Sky.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your attendance at any class with The Yoga Cwtch, we respectfully request 48hrs notice. Any cancellation 48hrs prior to your class will incur a cancellation fee, equal to that of your class/event fee. Retreat Bookings are fully bookable 4 weeks prior to Retreat date, and cancellations after this time are non refundable.
