Soph has Fibromyalgia, Scoliosis and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. She created the app to help those who live with chronic pain, an accessible, soft and supportive yoga that can be completed from the comfort of your home or bed. To help reduce pain, manage pain and improve wellbeing.
About the App

The app is incredibly easy to access - you can use it on your phone, tablet, computer or smart TV. But Y4P isn't just 'Yoga'. It's yoga thoughtfully sequenced for those living with chronic pain. Our practices are gentle, supportive, exploratory, accessible, slow-paced, nourishing and purposeful. The Y4P app offers over 200 classes, including;

Yoga for Pain: Targeting specific areas of pain and chronic conditions

Restorative: Soph's favourite, a soothing blend of Restorative and Yin yoga, including evening bed yoga, breathwork and meditation
Yogility: A fusion of yoga & mobility exercises designed to enhance range of motion and strengthen joints
Breathwork: Guided breathing practices for pain relief and relaxation
Meditation: Guided meditation to ease pain and encourage relaxation, including mudras

The app is free to download and includes a 7 day free trial so you can see if it's right for you - we're confident you will love it, After the trial you can subscribe for just £7.99 per month (less than the average cost of one studio class) and get full access to our library of soft and supportive yoga.

Once subscribed you will get access to our Y4P warrior community channel where you can connect with others who understand the daily struggles of living with chronic pain. Our Y4P community is moderated to ensure it remains a safe and supportive environment.

Y4P follows the minimum effective dose model. Soph our founder and qualified yoga teacher will guide you through soft and slow mindful movements, offering variations so you can explore what feels right for your body and condition. Our sessions are bite-sized and manageable to prevent over exertion. As a fellow chronic illness warrior, Soph has lived experience and understands that pain can shift and change. She encourages you to honour how you feel in each moment.
