Service Description

A bespoke yoga class that will be tailored to your personal needs, from intention setting to targeting postures. Soph will spend time understanding your yogic goals, adapting the class to meet your abilities, weaving in mindfulness and the concious breath. This is a personal experience that will leave you feeling relaxed, restored and refreshed. Please enquire about the service to book by demand.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your attendance at any class with The Yoga Cwtch, we respectfully request 48hrs notice. Any cancellation 48hrs prior to your class will incur a cancellation fee, equal to that of your class/event fee. Retreat Bookings are fully bookable 4 weeks prior to Retreat date, and cancellations after this time are non refundable.
