Connect to mindful movements with a relaxing flow and yummy stretches. A slower paced class suitable for Beginners, that will leave you feeling rested and calm.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your attendance at any class with The Yoga Cwtch, we respectfully request 48hrs notice. Any cancellation 48hrs prior to your class will incur a cancellation fee, equal to that of your class/event fee. Retreat Bookings are fully bookable 4 weeks prior to Retreat date, and cancellations after this time are non refundable.
