Service Description

A 2 hour self-care workshop including; A soulful yoga flow (suitable for all levels), introduction to EFT Tapping to help reduce stress and guided mindful meditation. Leaving you feeling completely soothed. Followed by delicious TYC oats and a chance to connect with your fellow yogis

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your attendance at any class with The Yoga Cwtch, we respectfully request 48hrs notice. Any cancellation 48hrs prior to your class will incur a cancellation fee, equal to that of your class/event fee. Retreat Bookings are fully bookable 4 weeks prior to Retreat date, and cancellations after this time are non refundable.
