You First Yoga Retreat

Join Soph from The Yoga Cwtch on our 'You First' Yoga Retreat here in West Wales. TYC will be providing a luxury yoga retreat, located in beautiful Carmarthenshire. With two durations of stays to choose from, both designed to help you unwind, relax and focus on your wellbeing; Time to put 'You First'.

Our retreats provide an opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and give space to enable you to reconnect with yourself. We want to ensure that all of our guests are nourished both mentally and physically. Soph will be providing daily yoga, a sweet mix of breathwork and mindful movement, and our local in-house chef will prepare delicious plant-based feasts with locally sourced ingredients. Get ready to unwind in luxurious accommodation at The Courtyard, Ferryside. All you have to do is choose which duration you would like, to tend to your self-care. Whichever option you choose - you will want to Nama-stay!

Plentiful yoga practices; Daily morning yogility practise, afternoon yoga flows and wind-down bedtime yoga suitable for all yogi levels. With plenty of time in between to; chill out with a book, snooze in the garden, take a dip in the indoor pool, melt into the hot tub or perhaps explore the coast and castles nearby.

What your day might look like

You First Retreat:

​

Rise and Shine 8am: Wake up tea or coffee and fruit.

Morning Yogility 8.30am: Full body yogility practise to set you up for your day.

Brunch 10am: Get your delicious freshly created plant-based brunch fill (this will vary daily but will always include a selection of freshly baked bread & spreads)

Free time 11am - 3pm: Relax with a book in our luxury accommodation, explore the nearing coast or castles, take a dip in our private pool and hot tubs or have a snooze in the garden. Your options are endless.

Cuppa & Cake 3pm: Plant-based treat baked by our inhouse chef.

Yoga Flow 4pm: Flowy yoga suitable for all levels, a sweet mix of vinyasa and hatha style inspired movement including breathwork.

Dinner 5.30pm: Plant-based feast and delicious pud by our amazing inhouse chef.

Bedtime Yoga 8.30pm: Breathwork and wind-down yoga, a loving mindful mix of restorative and yin inspired yoga holds to set you up for the best nights sleep.
