Our goal at TYC is 'promoting mindful, fun movement, supported by the breath, to find what serves you on the mat'.

We understand that everyone's yoga journey is personal and people enjoy different aspects of yoga practice, which is why

we offer a variety of classes, events and workshops in our Carmarthen based studio. You're only one yoga class away from a good mood. Come join us.

Slow Flow

The perfect way to experience yoga

Take an hour out of your day to connect to mindful movements with a relaxing flow and yummy stretches. A slower paced class suitable for Beginners, that will leave you feeling rested and calm. We can't wait to welcome you to the mat Tuesday's at 6pm.

Restorative Yoga

Restore body and mind

This class is a great way to dive into your wellness journey and discover some self love. Through this class on Thursday at 7pm, you will discover a whole new restorative world that yoga has to offer. Relaxing in a sweet mix of restorative and yin poses with bolsters, blocks and blankets.

Coffi & Yoga

"Please grant me coffee to change the things I can, and yoga to accept the things I can't". Join us Sunday morning, once a month. Creating space in our body and mind, as we work towards a peak pose. Followed up with some local coffi with your fellow yogis.

Relax. Restore. Refresh

A bespoke yoga offering that will be tailored to your personal needs, from intention setting to targeting postures. Soph will spend time understanding your yogic goals, adapting the class to meet your abilities, weaving in mindfulness and the concious breath.
