A short and sweet break from work, join Soph in creating space in your body, encouraging gentle movement whilst sat at your desk and in your chair. An opportunity to connect with your breath and re-energise ready for the second half of your day. You won't regret taking this time out, costs less then an average cup of coffee and the benefits will last longer too.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your attendance at any class with The Yoga Cwtch, we respectfully request 48hrs notice. Any cancellation 48hrs prior to your class will incur a cancellation fee, equal to that of your class/event fee. Retreat Bookings are fully bookable 4 weeks prior to Retreat date, and cancellations after this time are non refundable.
